Delta Option plan has triggered many different and strong responses and thus requires a little clarification.

First, the general plan for the Event has remained the same. Delta Option covers only certain aspects of pre-Event operations.
Second, the main aim of the Light Forces is to minimize suffering on the planet and to decrease the level of violence, and Delta Option plan will be activated ONLY as a last resort when all other more peaceful options have failed. The probability of this happening oscillates from moment to moment, but the Resistance estimates the probability for the Delta option decreasing in the long term as the situation stabilizes.
There has been a lot of activity behind the scenes in the last few days and this article is partially correct:
The Resistance has not been as active on the surface as it is now since early 2000s.
On a very positive note, I have received certain awesome intel on the level I did not receive since the year 2000, from a very high and reliable source.
I can just say that the amazing future we have been fighting for is real, and will happen. Replicators, free energy, interstellar travel, the Golden Age, all this is awaiting us. Trillions upon trillions of dollars are spent by the Cabal every year to give us the impression that nothing has changed and nothing every will. When this Truman show falls apart, you will all be amazed.

The situation on the surface of the planet has reached the boiling point.
On one hand we have Dark Forces having almost unlimited free reign on the surface of the planet, on the other hand we have the Light Forces having big problems in removing the toplet bombs soon enough.
Dark Forces are sabotaging positive initiatives to break through the Quarantine and commercial space travel can not begin, even though technology to make it happen is here in public domain for 70 years already:

Awakened members of the surface population are finally stopping waiting for the Event and are taking their own life in their own hands:
The Event will come when it will come, until then we need to do whatever we can to create better life conditions for ourselves and our loved ones, and do whatever is in our power to accelerate the planetary liberation process.
The truth is that the Cabal went too far and the Light Forces are not doing enough stopping it.
Certain factions in the Alliance and certain Agarthan factions are losing patience and are planning to take the surface of the planet from the clutches of the Cabal with military action. This could lead to serious consequences and could potentially lead to a war that would wipe out humanity and make the surface of the planet uninhabitable.
To prevent this from happening, the Resistance Movement has created a certain emergency plan, called Delta Option. I will reveal about Delta Option plan as much as I can:
Instead of waiting for the optimal conditions with toplet bombs removed and non-physical Archons removed, a certain “special forces group” would initiate removal of some factions of the Cabal within USA only. None of the Chimera, Archon, Black Nobility or Jesuit members would be touched in this operation. They would keep a low profile and show a friendly face. All other factions of the Cabal within USA would be taken care of. “Special forces group” would provide tactical support for Positive Military to carry out the operation. Mass media would be freed from the Rothschild control and US dollar would collapse. Limited disclosure would begin immediately.
This change within USA would trigger a strong international reaction and we would have an unstable and chaotic transition towards the Event. Worldwide financial system would go through extreme volatility, but would most likely not collapse. There would be a worldwide purge of lower Cabal members. Mass media worldwide would gradually release more and more intel. Definitely there would me much more intel coming forth about the matrix we live in:
The whole situation would then first slowly, and then not so slowly accelerate into the Event.
Nothing can be said about removal of Chimera, Archon, Black Nobility or Jesuit members under Delta Option plan at this point. Removal of the Cabal factions mentioned above and full disclosure can happen only when all toplet bombs are removed.

There is one huge aspect of Delta Option plan which must remain classified for now.
Final decision whether Delta Option will be implemented or not, has not been made yet. Less stable and worse the situation within USA is, more probable Delta Option becomes. The Jesuits are trying to polarize the situation within USA with artificial left/right political divide. Actions of Jesuits in the coming months will be one of the key factors in how the planetary situation unfolds. Their actions need to be monitored closely.
Militarily, the Resistance is preparing for the possible upheaval on the surface and has received reinforcements from the bases throughout the Solar System that arrived under the surface of our planet in the last few weeks. At this moment, the Resistance is 140 million members strong, and that number may and probably will still rise significantly.
Before, members of the Resistance have refrained from coming more than 30 meters to the surface of the planet. With these current developments, some special Resistance forces are stationed only 5 to 10 meters below the surface.
Lightworkers and Lightwarriors who envision part of their mission being involved in the Event operations, can telepathically ask for a small Resistance base be built under their current living location. This request must NOT be communicated aloud and must NOT be written anywhere. The Resistance will receive a request for a base to be built under the Lightwarrior's house through a certain secure channel and will in most cases approve it. Those small bases will have a certain role in the Event operations.
Not much more can be said, but something in boiling.

Increased activity in the Galactic Center continues. Galactic Light Forces have removed last remnants of the quantum signature of a huge quantum fluctuation Dyson sphere, 4 light years in diameter, that was encircling our Solar System and was hindering the Ascension process of our Solar System.
This quantum Dyson sphere was a very advanced quantum hyperdimensional portal that was created by the Chimera group in 1996 and is now completely gone forever.
As a result of this, our Sun has joined the Galactic network of Light as the last star to be joined in that network, and is now a fully functional Light portal.
Now all primary anomaly worth mentioning is concentrated inside primary anomaly well, less than one planetary diameter distant from the surface of planet Earth.
Galactic Forces fleet is present inside our Solar System, cloaked, but those sensitive to energies can definitely feel it.
To avoid revealing the presence of those motherships to the surface population, NASA has arranged “blind eyes in the sky”:
All remaining plasma toplet bombs are now located within 30 meters from the planetary surface.
Plasma toplet bombs are connected to a network of plasma implants through plasma filaments called the Tunnels of Set.
Plasma implants are black holes, rotating in a strong electromagnetic field. That electromagnetic field serves the purpose of erasing our memories and disconnecting us from our Soul. The physical biochip (produced by Siemens) located next to the implant of every incarnated human sends a constant audio-video feed to the main Chimera control center, located on the surface of the planet:

During 1996-2001 timeframe, the vast majority of Lightworkers and Lightwarriors have been subjected to trauma-based mind programming in underground military bases. For many, memories of that programming will begin to surface as implants begin to lose their power.
Many of those Lightworkers and Lightwarriors have been mind programmed against Galactic Confederation Light Forces, and many have been programmed against me and some other key people involved in the planetary liberation process.
Light Forces are working full speed at resolving the deadlock that still holds the surface of the planet hostage to the dark forces.
The main remaining problem are still the plasma toplet bombs, and finally the mass media are slowly becoming aware of the danger of strangelets and toplets:
This is the main reason why the Light forces are still not intervening on the surface of the planet.
This is why the Resistance Movement can not rescue some exhausted Lightwarriors underground, this is why they can not bring you gold or cash, or call you on Skype.
Also, if a Resistance agent would contact a surface individual directly, the dark forces would kill that individual immediately.
Dark forces are using the same strategy for isolating me in order to prevent me from doing my mission. Certain key people who wanted to contact me, have received death threats if they would initiate contact.
Nevertheless, it is time to expand my team. This blog was not intended as a last hope resort for the most desperate, but a place where the most empowered people could turn the tide in the favor of planetary liberation.
For this reason, I am calling for new people to join my team. For joining the team, I am only interested in people who are mentally, emotionally, physically and financially stable, and who KNOW what is their mission. I am especially calling for representatives of positive Dragon, White Nobility, Secret Space Program, Mystery School, Intelligence or other similar positive groups that are working towards planetary liberation. I am also calling for people who can spread intel into the mass media, people who can finance large projects (1M and more) and women who are capable of anchoring Goddess energy in a pure and powerful way.

You can use the power of meditation and visualization to visualize all Lightwarriors and Lightworkers being purified with a Violet Flame, being surrounded by love of the pink Liquid Light of EELA (Sirian angel of Love) and being liberated from all programming, control or suppression with a White Fire of AN.

Entry Protocols
Behind the scenes, the Light forces are preparing the most awakened individuals of the surface population for physical contact with positive subsurface and extraterrestrial forces.
These preparations are part of a huge project that I am involved with.
In full alignment with the new (beta) timeline, certain most awakened members of the surface population may, or may not be given an option to leave the surface of the planet and be accepted within the underground Resistance Movement or other positive Agartha factions.
Recent prophetic dream of Teresa Yanaros is a direct result of this awakening sequence and requires a detailed analysis:

The dream was taking place in a hypnagogic state, that thin line between the waking state and sleep that is a portal between physical and higher dimensions:
The dream was induced as a signal for the surface population to start preparing for the contact with the Agartha network, and actually reveals a large part of entry protocols.
If you are reading this, you may, or may not be invited to enter the Resistance or other positive Agartha faction before the Event.
I can give exact description and guidance for the entry protocols into the Resistance. I can not give exact entry protocols for other positive Agartha factions, although they are almost exactly the same in most aspects.
If you are selected for pre-Event entry into the Resistance, the entry protocols are as follows:
1. You will be physically contacted by a Resistance agent, very near to the place where you live. He or she will be wearing plain civilian clothes and will emanate very positive energy. He/she will introduce herself/himself to you and ask you if your are willing to enter the Resistance. It will be explained to you that after entering the Resistance, you will NOT be able to have any physical contact with the surface population.
2. You will be given between 5 and 15 minutes to collect your personal items to bring with you. You will be asked to bring objects of personal emotional value (wedding rings, photos of loved ones,...) because all other objects (clothing, food, gold, cash, ID documents...) can be easily reproduced with replicators. You will be given a small bag and all your items will need to fit in that bag. Size and weight requirements will be very similar to requirements astronauts had for their personal items on a Space Shuttle:
3. The Resistance agent will escort you to the entry point into the Resistance. This will usually be a service door in the cellar or basement inside a commercial building close to your home. There he will guide you to descend a set of stairs that will lead you 30 meters/yards underground to the topmost level of the Resistance. The stairs will look somewhat like this:
4. When you reach Resistance level, you will approach a high-tech door that will lead into a structure that will look somewhat like a shower cabin:
At this point the agent will ask you the last time if you are willing to enter the Resistance. If you refuse, you will be brought back to the surface and will never be contacted again before the Event. If you accept, the agent will leave you alone and you will enter through the high-tech door by yourself. You will be asked to take off all your clothes and leave the bag with your personal belongings in a special tray. Then you will be asked to enter the “shower cabin”, where you will be disinfected from all nanotechnology and from most viruses and bacteria.
5. You will exit from the other side of the “shower cabin” into the Resistance proper, refreshed and disinfected. At this point you will feel much better, with bursts of inner joy and will feel very alive and full of energy.
A new set of clothing will wait for you in the tray with your original clothing being disintegrated, and your personal items will be waiting in the bag, disinfected and free from nanites.
6. You will enter the next room where a medical doctor will perform a medical check. This check will take about 30 minutes and will be totally non-invasive and painless. If you had any serious medical condition prior to your entry into the Resistance, it will be in most cases corrected within additional 10 to 20 minutes with a special quantum correction chamber in a painless procedure. After the medical procedures are completed, you will be given a special drink that will trigger a detox process.
7. You will be given your own room to rest and sleep and go through a detox process, which will sometimes be quite intense and can be moderately unpleasant. This process will usually take 1-3 days and will help you release most physical, energetic and emotional impurities that you have accumulated during your life on the surface. During the process you might experience mild to moderate side effects of the detox process such as headache, tiredness, light nausea, vomiting, strong emotional release, loss of appetite and prolonged sleep.
8. After the detox process is over, you will be able to move freely into some of the outermost areas of the Resistance:
You will be slowly integrated into the Resistance society and will find your place inside the Resistance soul family:
9. After you are accepted into the Resistance, you will not be able to go to the surface, contact the surface population or even use the surface internet / cell phone network, except in extremely rare cases that will be directly related to your mission. You will be only able to make direct contact with surface human population after the Event.

Peace Meditation and Budapest Ascension Conference Report
We had very little time to gather people for our Peace Meditation and the critical mass has not been reached, but the meditation still had a deep impact on the geopolitical situation in Syria, minimizing the effects of the military escalation on Friday April 13th ( a very important day on the Templar timeline), stabilizing the Syria goddess vortex and bringing more healing and peace to the region.

Now that this particular military escalation has failed, the Archon black nobility families / Knights of Malta / Jesuit forces behind Erik Price are trying to steer Trump into another military conflict in Syria:
It is interesting to note that most US troops in Syria are located in the northeastern corner of the country, which is the exact location of Hassuna-Samarra goddess vortex:
Situation in Syria is the battlefield of the last phase of the proxy war between Galactic Confederation / Pleiadian fleet supporting Putin and Assad, and Chimera / Draco forces supporting Erik Price and negative military factions in Saudi Arabia and US, with Donald Trump being caught in the middle:

Our Ascension Conference in Budapest was successful beyond our wildest dreams. We have secured the new positive timeline for the planet by activating the planetary Sisterhood of the Rose network on a totally new level. It is now of the highest importance to create as many physical Sisterhood of the Rose groups as possible. Those groups need to meet once weekly at a physical location and anchor Goddess energies into the planetary energy grid by doing both Goddess Vortex and Return of the Goddess meditations:
