Delta Option plan has triggered many different and strong responses and thus requires a little clarification.

First, the general plan for the Event has remained the same. Delta Option covers only certain aspects of pre-Event operations.
Second, the main aim of the Light Forces is to minimize suffering on the planet and to decrease the level of violence, and Delta Option plan will be activated ONLY as a last resort when all other more peaceful options have failed. The probability of this happening oscillates from moment to moment, but the Resistance estimates the probability for the Delta option decreasing in the long term as the situation stabilizes.
There has been a lot of activity behind the scenes in the last few days and this article is partially correct:
The Resistance has not been as active on the surface as it is now since early 2000s.
On a very positive note, I have received certain awesome intel on the level I did not receive since the year 2000, from a very high and reliable source.
I can just say that the amazing future we have been fighting for is real, and will happen. Replicators, free energy, interstellar travel, the Golden Age, all this is awaiting us. Trillions upon trillions of dollars are spent by the Cabal every year to give us the impression that nothing has changed and nothing every will. Soul Families
To start preparing for the post-Event and post-Contact society, the Pleiadians have asked me to release intel about soul families.
Soul families are created when a group of Souls emerges from undifferentiated monadic essence and enters this universe through a seventhdimensional portal of the Galactic Central Sun, either in this galaxy or any other galaxy in the universe.
Millions of highly evolved Souls that are now incarnated on the surface of this planet have mainly entered this universe either through the Galactic Central Sun in this Galaxy or its sister galaxy, the Andromeda galaxy.
They have then gained their experience by traveling throughout the Galaxy through higherdimensional light filaments that crisscross the Galaxy and later focused their consciousness by gaining experience in portal star systems such as Pleiades, Aldebaran, Sirius, Arcturus, Vega (alpha Lyrae), Tau Ceti...
At some point in their evolution path they have encountered Galactic Wars and they got involved and this is their main reason they found themselves on Earth.
Either they made a conscious decision to enter the Quarantine Earth to anchor the Light and help the Light forces to liberate the planet, or they have simply wandered into a dangerous zone in the Galaxy without fully understanding the risk and got caught by the Archons in the interdimensional scalar net, dragged to Earth and forced into reincarnation cycle.
It is of the utmost importance for all higherdimensional star beings incarnated on the surface of the planet to awaken now, remember their missions and carry the out.
It is also of the utmost important for members of the soul families to start connecting with each other from higher perspective and not only as human beings being caught in Quarantine Earth.
Soul family members create connection with each other based on fifthdimensional understanding of their own essence (manasic consciousness) and create true friendships. This is the cosmic origin of the friend archetype.
Soul family members of the same soul family or of two adjoining soul families that create a very deep soul connection with sixthdimensional Soul Love positive interference pattern (buddhic consciousness) are called soul mates. This is the cosmic origin of the girlfriend /boyfriend archetype.
Soul family members of the same soul family that are actually one being that has split into opposite female/male polarities as it has entered the fourth/third dimension, are called twin souls. Their connection reaches the seventh dimension (atmic consciousness) and is the cosmic origin of man/woman, husband/wife and hero/goddess archetype.
The Soul Family is one of the central mysteries of the Sisterhood of the Rose:

This is the reason why the dark forces have always wanted to destroy soul families.
First hey did that by implanting star people to disconnect them from higherdimensional consciousness and from their Soul presence. This is called vertical implant programming and will be addressed in a special dedicated blog post when the time is right. Vertical implant programming is the basis for Quarantine Earth blockage.
The second layer of programming is horizontal implant programming. The Pleiadians have asked me to address this now in order to start deconstructing the society programming that creates the Matrix.
Horizontal implant programming misuses the fact that twin souls enter the fourth and third dimensional universe as a couple of male (electric) and female (magnetic) polarity. In its pure form, electric (kundalini) force of the male and magnetic (Soul) force of the female create attraction which in turn creates triangulation which is the force of evolution.
When this electromagnetic force of female/male attraction is interfered with by the means of horizontal implant programming, it creates a distortion in the electromagnetic field of the society that is being programmed, and evolution of such society gets delayed, sometimes for many millennia, as is the case with the Earth surface society.

The most effective way to control a society and delay its evolution is to control female sexual energy. This is the reason why cultures that gave maximum sexual freedom to women were the ones that saw most progress.
The most effective way to control female sexual energy in a given society is to infiltrate a critical mass of Orion/Draco/Reptilian sexual predators in that society and let them loose. This is what Archons did many times throughout human history. When a critical mass of women receives negative programming from those predators, this creates a Pavlovian reflex in subconscious female psyche of that society, thus effectively cutting off Goddess energy.
In a society like this, females begin to live a double life, expressing themselves sexually only when they are away from the prying eyes of the Matrix.

The key of liberation of such society is for the most advanced women of that society to gradually start expressing sensual, sexual Goddess energy:
Archons are also absolutely allergic to deep Soul Love energy between a man and a woman, especially between soulmates and twin souls.
By engineering the incarnation process, they rarely allow two twin souls to incarnate at the same time. Even if they do, they rarely meet each other. Even if the meet, they are rarely allowed to be together, the Archons engineering situations to prevent the union. This is why twin soul unions on the surface of the planet now are extremely rare, and most people who think they are twin souls are actually primary soul mates (soul mates that channel energy of the twin soul to each other).
A deep Soul Love connection between soul mates on the surface of the planet happens a little more often, and if it does, Archons sometimes go to great extremes towards preventing that love, even resorting to killing one or both partners.
After the Event and especially after the First Contact, the Resistance and the Pleiadians will start contacting the most advanced members of human society, especially those who are aware of soul families.
This contact will inevitably bring tectonic cultural shifts into the human society. The Pleiadians and the Resistance have communicated that this contact will sometimes inevitable evolve into deeper romantic and sexual relations, especially between twin souls and soul mates where one of them is living on the surface and the other one is within the Resistance or belongs to the Confederation Fleet:
To be more prepared for those connections, the surface population needs to be aware that the Pleiadians and the Resistance have a very similar societal model that is based on soul families. Sometimes they are fully committed to exclusive sacred union with their twin soul or their primary soulmate, and sometimes they form open polyamoruos connections that are based on Soul Love and free flow of sexual energy. Same sex unions do happen among them, but they are free from any Archon interference that is so prevalent on the surface of this planet.
These connections will be the final test of integration of surface population into the Galactic society.

Pleiadians
Pleiadians are beings of Love and Light. Most of the surface population is so enmeshed in the dysfunctional state of affairs on this planet that it is difficult for them to believe that beings that are full of Love and Light without an agenda really exist.
But they do. In fact, beings like that are the majority in this Galaxy. And Pleiadians are among them.
Pleiadians originate from angelic evolution that entered this dimensional universe by entering through the Galactic Central Sun portal.
They have then explored the Galaxy in their angelic Light bodies until they settled in the Pleiades star cluster which emerged from plasma into the physical plane about 18 million years ago.
They were consciously trying to densify one of their plasma home planets into the physical dense matter and the planet exploded.
Fragments of their exploded home world scattered throughout the Galaxy and some of them hit the Earth as Moldavites:
One big piece of Moldavite with 144,000 Light encodements of 144,000 volunteers for the Earth mission was later carved into a holy Grail.
Many hundreds of thousands of years ago, the Pleiadians have learned that violence does not solve problems and have decided not to partake in Galactic wars anymore, and turned their focus on building a peaceful culture that expanded on hundreds of planets in the Pleiades star cluster that make the Pleiadian confederation.
They believe in beauty and harmony and their lifestyle reflects this. They surround themselves with liquid light:

Many of these cities are like crystal places underground and below oceans on planets in the Pleiades star cluster.

They are very positive, joyful and sensual.
Erotic love is one of the most important aspects of their lives and they know how to heal with that energy:

It is therefore beyond my understanding how certain people actually believe that this blog is some kind of elaborate scam and that I am manipulating people. These people have serious trust issues and would benefit from a therapy. Also, people posting banana or donkey comments on this blog will be forever banned from posting anything again. And if you do not know what a banana or a donkey comment is, think twice before posting and predict the consequences.
This is not a joke, this is a serious war in which I have given to a noble cause far more than most people have, and I have lost far more than most people have. Therefore I deserve respect.
The surface of this planet has far more darkness than me, the Resistance or the Pleiadians have ever expected. Clearing of this complex situation unavoidably creates delays. I do not like them. You do not like them. Nobody likes them. So stop being a beta, stop whining and complaining and DO something to make the surface of the planet more bearable. You can not afford private property to become part of the Contact Dish project, because “only the Cabal can afford to own property”?

Galactic Confederation forces of Light have decreed the surface of this planet to be turned into Confederation domain according to the Galactic Codex, section IV/2.
Not much intel about surface operations can be given to surface population for obvious reasons. The only thing I can say is that there is quite a high number of Chimera-controlled Draco and Reptilian hybrids that were incarnated into human clone bodies inside underground bases during the last Archon invasion between 1996 and 1999. After 9-11 false flag event in 2001, they started coming to the surface and infiltrating higher echelons of power inside human society. This situation is being addressed right now by the Light Forces as part of Operation Mjolnir.
Let me just say that the hostage situation on the surface of the planet is very difficult and liberation might take a little bit longer than expected.
This is the reason the Light forces advise against any speculation about the timing of the Event to avoid disappointment and suggest you rather start focusing on your mission and living your life to its fullest in the Now:

This indicates the power of control that the Dark forces still have on the surface of the planet. If the Event would be triggered before toplet bombs are dealt with, the number of casualties would be much much higher.
To prepare the planet for Compression Breakthrough, the Light Forces have asked me to instruct the surface population to change the surface of the planet into a Contact Dish.
Instructions:
If you own a property that has a small flat area big enough for a small Pleiadian saucer craft to land, you can silently say the following decree:
“In the name of my I Am presence, I decree and I command a landing of a Pleiadian ship on the land that I own, and my physical first contact with the Pleiadians from that ship, as soon as possible in the best possible way. “
It is very important that you NEVER say this decree aloud and that you never speak about your decree to anyone, otherwise you can not become part of the Contact Dish project. By not letting anybody know if you did the decree or not, you are protecting your own contact sequence with the Pleiadians from physical and non physical Cabal interference that could prevent it from happening. But by all means, you can share the instructions for Contact Dish with the awakened part of the human population.
7x7 meters / yards is the absolute minimum for a small Pleiadian ship to land, 30x30 meters is optimal.

Combined free will of thousands of people making this decree worldwide will send a coherent contact signal of pulsating Light into the energy grid of the planet and to the Pleiadians. It will effectively turn the whole planet into a Contact Dish. The critical mass needed for this to happen is around 12,000 people. This will be an indication for the Pleiadians and the Galactic Central Race that the awakened part of the human population has reached a spiritual maturity that equals 0.75 on the Kardashev scale:
